Sinking Winch Product Introduction:

The sinking winch is mainly used for suspending sinking equipment such as hanging platforms, water pumps, water pipes, grouting pipes, and ventilation ducts during the excavation of vertical shafts in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metallic mines. It can also replace construction winches for ground construction and material handling as a lifting device. The JZ-10/800 sinking winch is designed based on the working system of suspended equipment during shaft excavation, so it is only suitable for short-term work systems and not for long-term heavy-load operation.

Sinking Winch Working Conditions:

(1) The winch should not be used in places with flammable or explosive gases such as methane or coal dust.

(2) The ambient temperature for winch operation is -25°C to 40°C.

(3) When the altitude exceeds 1000m, the effects of air cooling and reduced dielectric strength must be considered. The selected electrical equipment should be designed or used according to the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.

Sinking Winch Structural Composition:

The sinking winch has a winding-type structure, mainly composed of the main shaft assembly, reducer, elastic coupling with brake wheel, service brake, safety brake, base, motor, and other components.

The main shaft assembly includes: main shaft, gears, drum, brake wheel, bearing seat, and bearings. The reducer uses a spherical worm gear pair for speed reduction, with an additional gear shift. By switching the speed shift handle between fast and slow positions, two speeds can be selected. The service brake uses a shoe-type brake. When the motor is started, the electric hydraulic thruster releases the brake.

I. Product Introduction

The JZ series winch (suspension winch, sinking winch) has two working speeds, fast and slow. For loads above 50%, only the slow speed can be used. For loads below 50%, both fast and slow speeds can be used.

The double-drum winch uses two ropes for suspension. When suspending ventilation ducts, place the speed reduction handle in the differential position to ensure the ventilation duct remains vertical to the ground. When suspending a hanging platform, place the differential handle in the direct drive position.

This series of winches is a standardized product with a compact structure, light weight, and high reliability.

The following regulations must not be exceeded:

(1) In vertical shafts, one layer for lifting personnel or personnel and materials; two layers for lifting materials only.

(2) In inclined shafts, two layers for lifting personnel or personnel and materials; three layers for lifting materials only.

(3) The critical section where the wire rope transitions from the lower layer to the upper layer (equivalent to 1/4 of the length) must be inspected regularly, and the wire rope should be moved by 1/4 of its position every quarter.

Warnings:

(1) This hoist must not be used in places with flammable or explosive gases such as methane or coal dust!

(2) This hoist must not be overloaded!

(3) Over-speeding operation and power-off sliding are strictly prohibited!

II. Structural Features and Working Principle

The hoist mainly consists of the main shaft assembly, rope adjustment mechanism (double drum), disc brake device, depth indicator, reducer, lubrication station, tachogenerator assembly, coupling, motor, control console, hydraulic system, and electrical control system.

Working Principle: When the main motor is started, the motor rotor transmits power to the high-speed shaft of the reducer through a low-speed coupling. After two-stage gear transmission reduction, the power is transmitted from the output shaft of the reducer to the main shaft assembly via a coupling. By continuously changing the direction of the motor, the drum can wind or unwind the wire rope, while the lifting container moves up and down in the shaft in a periodic motion.
